The shop’s Horchata Latte, a creamy blend of espresso and sweet rice milk, has already earned a devoted following and gives a nod to the founders’ roots.

Every visit feels like a friendly reunion, with regulars chatting over pastries and newcomers discovering a hidden local treasure. The space may be small, but the energy is big, thanks to the owners’ passion and the steady buzz of conversation. Eagle Cawffee is proof that a little creativity and a lot of heart can turn even the most unexpected corner of Denton into a must-visit destination.
