šŸ» Farewell to Riprocks

After more than three decades in business, Riprocks in Denton has officially closed its doors. Known for its laid-back vibe, late-night eats, and place in Fry Street history, Riprocks was a go-to spot for locals, students, and visitors alike. Many in the community are sharing memories and stories from over the years, marking the end of an era for this Denton favorite.

Community Updates:

  • šŸš“ā€ā™‚ļø Community Update: Three Denton County mayors—Lewisville, Denton, and Corinth—are teaming up for a community bike ride this Saturday at 8:30 a.m. The ride starts at the Highland Village/Lewisville A-train Station and follows the A-Train Rail Trail all the way to downtown Denton, with a rest stop at Agora Park in Corinth for water and a quick break. You can ride the full 12.2 miles, turn around whenever you like, or catch the A-Train back to the start. No registration needed—just bring your bike, helmet, and water bottle. There’s also a pre-ride safety demo, and parking is right by the station. (Cross Timbers Gazette)
